Return and Refill Policy – Grow XP

At Grow XP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refill policy carefully before placing any orders.

✅ Refill Policy:

We offer a refill guarantee on eligible services if the delivered quantity drops within the refill period specified on the order.

Conditions for Refill:

  • The service must include a refill guarantee at the time of purchase.

  • The drop must be greater than the acceptable threshold (if mentioned).

  • Refill requests must be submitted within the refill validity period.

  • Orders must not be deleted, hidden, or made private from the public view.

To request a refill, contact our support team with your Order ID and service details.

❌ No Refill Will Be Provided If:

  • The order was completed successfully and no drop is visible.

  • You changed or removed the username/link after placing the order.

  • The account was deleted, banned, or made private.

  • You purchased the same service from another provider for the same link.


❌ Return & Refund Policy:

As our services are digital and start processing automatically, we do not offer refunds once the order has been placed.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The order was not delivered within the maximum delivery time.

  • The service failed to start or got canceled from our side.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Grow XP support team.

If a refund is approved, it will be added back as balance/credit to your Grow XP wallet. No cash or bank refunds are provided.
